
In this unique keynote talk Professor Jamie Anderson discusses the links between exercise and cognitive performance – while riding his indoor bicycle on stage. Jamie explains the neuroscience of brain health, and the unique way in which aerobic exercise can help us to perform at our cognitive best. While most people associate indoor cycling with virtual cycling platforms such as Zwift or Rouvy, Jamie explains how stationary biking can also be combined with certain work tasks, thereby achieving both productvity and improved health and wellbeing.
